Best man paddles through flooding to reach wedding

A best man paddled a paddleboard through floodwaters in Bangkok, Thailand, determined to reach his friend’s wedding on time. A police officer joked about the impromptu red light violation and let him continue on his way without a ticket. The flooding has affected more than 174,000 families across 25 provinces in Thailand, officials said.
